I’ve heard Paros has more partying and shopping, so we skipped it. I wished that we had done something similar on Naxos because those were huge parts of what I loved about our time on Milos. On Milos, we rented a two seater dune buggy, which I loved and also did an amazing small-group sailing tour. Milos had more upscale dining and lodging options, rugged scenery, and picturesque fishing villages, but beaches were smaller (I personally preferred swimming on Milos because water was warmer and we found some great beaches in protected coves where you could order food and drinks). There were also some temple ruins on Naxos if you like history. It was a little too hot to hike when we were there, unfortunately, but I’ve heard it has great hiking. We did a little driving around to various sites and towns, walking along the beach, and a lot of hanging out and relaxing on our hotel beach. It had lots of nice sandy beaches and gorgeous views of fertile farmland with the ocean in the background. Naxos was quieter and didn’t feel too touristy outside of the main town. We loved both, but my husband preferred Naxos while I liked Milos best. We went to Milos and Naxos for our honeymoon this summer.
